The system that can be handle by anyone for the ease of the customer
the user can login into the challan System using the IDAM credentials(the common SSO credentials) on the system one can update user's profile, create challan, check report and read user manuals.
User Type
The challan System have two user privileges, i.e. maker and checker. A maker will be responsible for creating challans, whereas a checker will be responsible for authorizing the challans created by the maker. A checker can authorize a created challan by updating its status to paid in reports section. A maker cannot be a checker and vice-versa
Report
User can check report of all transaction, pending transaction, paid transaction and aggregate report. one can also print and update the reports.
