SynoSuraksha - APY Process Scheme

Check if existing bank customer
RM checks if the customer has existing bank account with the bank and fetches all details.

 

Generation of request form
RM generates the request form. Customer signs the form. The request is forwarded to BM for approval

 

Approval by Branch Manger
 The request will verified by the branch manager and forwarded to central ops for approval.

 

Acknowledgment from NSDL
NSDL share their confirmation with the bank.

 

Deduction and upload file to NSDL by Central Ops
 The Central ops will share the approved CSV file with NSDL.

 

Approval by Central Ops
 The central ops will approve and deduct the contribution from customer's account. Batches are created by central ops for automatic deduction.
